Construction of a Commercial Complex
The primary vision of the project was to develop a modern commercial complex in the southern part of Brno, near the busy Vídeňská Street. The complex consists of two commercial halls, divided into a total of 11 units (boxes), each featuring a separate entrance and access.
The units were designed with a functional layout, combining office space and storage areas suitable for light manufacturing.
- Ground floor: Showroom or office, employee facilities, and restrooms.
- Rear section: Spacious warehouse, adaptable for light manufacturing.
- Upper floor: Office space and additional facilities.
Expansion Potential:
The usable area could be increased by adding an additional mezzanine level in part of the hall.
Each unit also included its own designated parking space in front of the property.
